Originally born in Grand Bahama, the multi-talented Tim Tibbitts (Tim was also the 2006 Male Artist of the Year at the Toronto Independent Music Awards — but that is another story) is now Executive Chef at East Restaurant on Grand Bahama Island. Tim learned much of his craft in Canada, but returned to his homeland last year to bring his unique blend of cooking wizardry to showcase the modern cuisine trends of Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
